Johann Sebastian Bach Foundation

The Johann Sebastian Bach Foundation was established by the Neue Bachgesellschaft e.V. in Eisenach on 20th May 2011. It follows the tradition of the “old” and the “new” Bachgesellschaft by supporting

• the cultivation and propagation of Johann Sebastian Bach’s music
• young musical talents (by sponsoring prizes at Bach competitions)
• the Bachhaus Eisenach, its museum and the conservation and expansion of its collection
• selected projects of the Neue Bachgesellschaft.

In order to accomplish its many goals, the foundation is dependent on donations, contributions and/or inheritances. We are happy about your support!
